Music Disciple provides AI-powered biblical analysis of music content to help Christians make informed decisions about their listening habits. By accessing and using Music Disciple, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

Our service:

• Analyzes song lyrics against biblical principles
• Provides educational insights and discernment guidance
• Offers recommendations based on Christian values

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
• Not share your account credentials with others

Payment Terms

• Free tier users have access to one playlist with limited features.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• Beta and Founder pricing is locked at the rate at time of subscription.
• Lifetime plans provide permanent access with a one-time payment.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Canceled users who re-subscribe within the retention period may receive their original pricing.
• You may request complete account and data deletion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Music Disciple's analysis is provided for educational and informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, biblical discernment is ultimately a personal responsibility guided by the Holy Spirit. Our analysis should not be considered the final authority on music choices.

Music Disciple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
